Before I retired as the CEO of the charter school I founded, I was that brand new principal who was like, “holy cow, I have all these competing priorities and so many things to get done.” I also had to lead my school through COVID and I’m here to tell you, the overwhelm you’re feeling is normal. I’ve been there. I’ve felt like I was drowning 😪
I’ve had to stay up late at night to get things done and then come to school 2 hours earlier. I was understaffed. My sleeping schedule was screwed up. I wasn’t exercising. I wasn’t eating right. And to top all that off, I couldn’t even be present for my own husband and children.
I didn’t want to choose between my family and my job. That’s when I realized I need to work less and get more done. That’s when I learned how to build leadership pipelines that took me from being a burned-out K-4 building principal to growing my organization from 32 to 97 staff members. I was working less and getting more done. That's why I’ve opened spots on my calendar for school leaders who do not just want but NEED this for their organization.
If you are a good fit, I will personally coach your leaders and help to:
- Clarify leadership team members' roles and responsibilities
- Analyze student data and use that analysis to inform professional development for the staff
-Ensure all stakeholders are knowledgeable about cohort performance and the achievement of students and so much more!
Why do you NEED THIS like, yesterday? Because you deserve to do the job you were hired for. You deserve to devote time to your area of expertise. You deserve to have the people you work for support you and the work you are doing for your school.
It’s time to grow your leadership pipeline. I’ve helped multiple schools grow the professionals within their organizations. If this is something you’re interested in, schedule a call here and we’ll see if you or your organization be a good fit for my services.
In friendship, love and leadership,
