The truth is, if you don't make time now, you're going to lose time in the end!
Why are teachers with terrible classroom management told "stop and reset your rituals by routine," because if they keep going fast and going forward with the same terrible classroom management...
INSTRUCTION ISN'T GOING TO HAPPEN.
The kids that don't get it, still won't get it.
The students that already get it, but no one goes above and beyond. If a teacher says "I have curriculum cover," I would say "You're not covering it now because the kids are out of control. Stop and reset your rituals and routines."
It's the same thing for LEADERS.
If you continue to do what you're doing, you're not going to see a different result!
