Feeling like a hamster on a wheel? I did too.

How to feel like you have enough time to be consistent: Isnโ€™t this the million dollar desire. ๐ŸŽฏ

โ€‹

So, hereโ€™s the deal- there never is enough time to do all of the things that we need to do as educational leaders. So forget trying

โ€‹

Do this instead:

โ€‹

1. Create a to-do list ๐Ÿ“‘

โ€‹

2. Divide your list into the following categories: to do now, do soon, for someone else to do. ๐Ÿ“Š

โ€‹

3. Set a date by which you aim to get the things done.๐Ÿ“†

โ€‹

4. Let others know what they need to do. ๐Ÿ’Œ

โ€‹

5. Put the due date on your calendar and the calendar of the people who your are giving the tasks to. ๐Ÿ“…

โ€‹

Progress is better thanโ€ฆprocrastinationโ€ฆ.stressโ€ฆโ€ฆperfectionโ€ฆ..and worry. Forget trying to do it ALL every dayโ€ฆ..it is not SUSTAINABLE and will burn you out.

โ€‹

Try this and let me know how it goes!

โ€‹
